Synopsis

Elodie’s husband blames her for the night their daughter died. He controls the money, the penthouse, and every door she can open. When his first love, Marisol, returns to Saye Hotels, Everett moves her into Elodie’s life and tells Elodie to smile. Elodie still loves him. But she will not beg. At a company dinner, Marisol calls herself Everett’s partner, and Elodie answers with a cool smile that makes the room go quiet. Then Marisol says she was with Everett the night Willa died. Everett’s brother Desmond watches Elodie with a hunger that is not safe. His family wants her gone. Can Elodie keep her dignity when the man she loves keeps choosing someone else?
