Synopsis

Romy Brannock has no money, no home, and a bruise she hides under her sleeve. When her best friend signs them up for Redgate's companion program, six months on prison grounds looks like a way out. Then Romy meets the man she is matched with. Jett Corso is a maximum-security inmate with a hearing in six months and a reputation that makes the whole block go quiet. Romy is the clean, quiet companion his file needs. The program says she cannot refuse. He says he will keep her safe. But what does his safety cost? And what happens when the only man who can protect her from everyone else decides she belongs to him? He will protect her. He will own her. And he will not let her go.
