Synopsis

Rhea Thorne was raised to guard Greyfen Dam and lead her pack. When her father gives that place to her cousin, she walks out of the pack ceremony and straight into the path of Kael Rourke, the enemy Alpha. Fate says Kael is her mate. Rhea says fate is wrong. She will not belong to any man, least of all him. Kael does not accept her refusal. He uses her private shame to ruin her in front of both packs, and her father lets it happen. Rhea is beaten, stripped of her title, and thrown off her own land. She leaves with nothing but her pride and a secret she has not told anyone: she is carrying Kael's twins.
